Laura Lopez is currently getting her Masters in painting. She is originally from Columbia. She absolutely adores different types of colors and simply nature. It took her about 3 week to to paint each painting in the exhibit.
Most of all the paintings in Laura’s exhibit had extremely vibrant colors. That is what stuck out most to me. There were also very unique structures incorporated throughout her paintings that were very intriguing as well. The bright colors didn’t have much of an overwhelming effect, surprisingly. The strokes of her brush were very natural and relaxed, nothing crazy.
Each painting was unique in its own way. It was all based around nature. In every painting, she had incorporated a tree. The vibrant colors put together all made an amazing eye catcher somewhere in the painting, making the gallery so mesmerizing. You could really tell she took her time and hard work to create this exhibit.
I really loved how beautiful these paintings were. I really enjoyed the one painting with the multiple colored tiger. It was so amazing to look at. I definitely hope to see some more of Laura’s paintings because I definitely was taken aback.
